On what grounds? Do you think if there were any they wouldn't have done it by now?! And it would also be their political suicide. They'd never get voted in in 2008 or the next midterm elections. It would take at least the next two years to get it done and an enormous amount of money, more than the demo's would want to part with. Most important of all he's not done anything wrong yet.

In order to get intelligent answers to this question you need to state why he would be impeached. All of these people talking about Clinton are morons. Clinton was not impeached for diddiling Monica. He was impeached for lying about it in court under oath. If you or I did that we would be put in jail. You cannot just impeach a president because you do not agree with his politics. Why dont you work so that in the future we can have a choice that is more diverse than one stupid republican and one stupid democrat. If Bush had real competition in 2004 he would not be there now. Since he is you all need to suck it up and support your president. If you dont think he is your president than move out and come back to vote agiain in 2008.

Bush is the kind of dangerous, out-of-control president the founders had in mind when they wrote impeachment into the Constitution. If Bush isn't impeached then we might as well crown our presidents king, dissolve Congress and go home and wait for the secret police.

No they should not. We have experienced a rash of recall elections and impeachment threats and even one impeachment of a president in recent years. And it was all a lot of malarkey.

Our elected representatives should get back to work and skip all that non-sense.

On what grounds can they do it? The aluminum tubes lie. Bush knowingly lied to the American people to support a preemptive military action. It is well known and well documented.

In addition, if they got a partisan special prosecutor similar to Ken Starr, I'm sure they could railroad Bush on a dozen other missteps. All they'd have to do is prosecute him without his brain (Cheney and Rove) present. Bush would hang himself.

Absolutely not.... the American people should seek to impeach Bush and gang...

1. Violating the United Nations Charter by launching an illegal "War of Aggression" against Iraq without cause, using fraud to sell the war to Congress and the public, misusing government funds to begin bombing without Congressional authorization, and subjecting our military personnel to unnecessary harm, debilitating injuries, and deaths.

2. Violating U.S. and international law by authorizing the torture of thousands of captives, resulting in dozens of deaths, and keeping prisoners hidden from the International Committee of the Red Cross.

3. Violating the Constitution by arbitrarily detaining Americans, legal residents, and non-Americans, without due process, without charge, and without access to counsel.

4. Violating the Geneva Conventions by targeting civilians, journalists, hospitals, and ambulances, and using illegal weapons, including white phosphorous, depleted uranium, and a new type of napalm.

5. Violating U.S. law and the Constitution through widespread wiretapping of the phone calls and emails of Americans without a warrant.

6. Violating the Constitution by using "signing statements" to defy hundreds of laws passed by Congress.

7. Violating U.S. and state law by obstructing honest elections in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006.

8. Violating U.S. law by using paid propaganda and disinformation, selectively and misleadingly leaking classified information, and exposing the identity of a covert CIA operative working on sensitive WMD proliferation for political retribution.

9. Subverting the Constitution and abusing Presidential power by asserting a "Unitary Executive Theory" giving unlimited powers to the President, by obstructing efforts by Congress and the Courts to review and restrict Presidential actions, and by promoting and signing legislation negating the Bill of Rights and the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

10. Gross negligence in failing to assist New Orleans residents after Hurricane Katrina, in ignoring urgent warnings of an Al Qaeda attack prior to Sept. 11, 2001
