pretty much any antibiotics will make the pill less effective. You should use a back up contraceptive.

ANY medication that you take in combination with another especially birth control can alter the effectness of the drug. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist to know the general risks. If you are using other meds to be safe use other protection against pregnancy until you are cleared by your doctor. Also for safe health practice always use a condom.
