If you have run all the scans and still showing performance issues, I would have first reinstalled Windows. If it was a viral or software issue, that would have fixed things up. If it is a hardware issue however, then yes taking it in for repair would have been the way to go anyhow

there are 3 probs
1) your operating system itself is not properly installed or it is a pirated one
2) ur RAM is less in comparision to ur requirments.like playing good games need the proper RAM of 512 MB while playing a simple game wouldnt require less RAM of a 128 or a 256.
3) the hard disk u have got is a used one and u have been duped by the person who sold u the comp.

I actually have this difficulty continually. only because I placed on a bunny in structure does no longer mean i'm honest interest in the workplace. heavily. And after I seize them starting up at my tail they turn round and act like i'm the obsessed one. I believe you. only tell them to invite you out like frequent human beings. i recognize my dad too.

well you could clean out the programs that you do not use to see if it speeds up
go settings/ add remove programs and remove programs that you do not hardly use by pressing the remove button beside the program you want removed
