Fertility is such a tender topic. There are reasons why you are in the waiting time. Waiting is difficult, but worth the time. First, look into yourself and meditate. Envision your ovaries producing the egg and watch it travel through the fallopian tube. Thank the Creator for the gift of conception. Believe in your body's ability to conceive. Take time to know that you are worthy of being a mother.
A good crystal for fertility is Selenite. Selenite is one of my favorite crystals, for me...it is grounding and even toned...and very protective.
Find a good piece of Selenite, one that speaks to you. Charge the crystal: you can do this by either putting her in the ground overnight...Outside under a new moon, or even in the freezer overnight. The next day hold the crystal in your hands and feel the exchange of energy (remember that even NASA uses crystals in space technology...quartz runs watches) Meditate about the fertility within your body and in your spouses...
The crystal will then be charged with the idea of conception...Hold the crystal over your womb...Let the energy flow...

Not every case of fertility is simple as performing a ritual. A farmer who performed a ritual for rain, but did not plant enough seeds or take care of the ground enough, can get all the rain he wants without it every producing what he is looking for.
Sometimes infertility is the result of a past life spent 'disregarding' the sanctity of children. As such, when one returns and is finally 'engaged' in wanting children, their efforts are delayed, sometimes permanently during their lifetime.
A ritual can only 'aid' or facilitate whatever preparations have already been done. This means that if you haven't been a nurturing kind of person before now, all the mumbo-jumbo and crystal buying won't help you much. How often do you assist with the help of children, and do so lovingly and without expectation? How often do you go out of your way to make room in your life for other people? Part of the metaphor of being a parent is bearing extra, selfless burden, of caring and nurturing the feelings, thoughts and dreams of others.
It is not simply about having a child, it is about making room for another person altogether in your life. Sometimes, when you learn to make room for the gift of strangers, you often open the door to your own.

Observe the cycles of the moon. The waxing and full moon are the times for performing rituals to promote fertility. As for a spell or ritual, try filling a leather pouch with 1 of each of these stones: amethyst, clear quartz crystal, chrysoprase and aventurine. Place fresh rosemary under the bed when trying to conceive and wear the pouch around your neck each time you try. This will increase your chances of becoming pregnant - apparently. I actually have never tried it but came across it in a spell book!

i'm a Christian. IVF is inaccurate because tens of millions of fertilised potential eggs are chucked down the drain. One infant yet many deaths. And thousands of infant's are aborted because that is used frequently as a birth control. So why are not any further the infant's that are aborted in basic terms followed by technique of the IVF moms? that could want to provide up each of the killing. who choose the infant's is more effective perfect than who choose out selves.

pomagranites... stay away from POM juice products though, since they are cruel to animals (they test and sometimes kill animals with tests that dont' always use their product).
