This is just a question I'd like to get a general conensus on. What is the one thing female or male that is a necessity for your daily living?

air DUH! just kidding. i assume you mean something other than the necessities of life.
i would have to say friends. i have been a loner before and there is no feeling worse. having friends is the best way to relieve problems, talk, gossip (c'mon, everyone has to!), cry, and laugh. true friends will be with your through all times, so choose them well!

I need a man that will provide security and help me with daily affairs and be truthful and sincere and we do loving things together. I also pray that he will be a man of god's own heart.

Besides the obvious like oxygen and water; I would say a smile from anyone. It sounds cheesy, but I like to know that other people are as happy as I usually am.

Being comfortable acting myself, plain and simple. As long as I am comfortable with my extremely girly demeanor, my high voice, and my bisexuality in general, I am happy no matter what happens to me.
