nope, cholame is down the road a little, let me see about 50-60 miles if you take shorts.
as a child i wondered how they new the exact time of the accident. never realizing because he was next to a u.s. post office, i think like 4:43 p.m, or something quircky like that. nice cafe there.
if you turn left after the rest area, and have a half day to kill, you'll end up around 3 miles west of blackwells corner.(or less)old black road or blackwell or like south black road or something. nice ride if you had a bike! slow putt.

He died in a car accident. Ironically, 3 days before his death, he did a public service announcement on the television about the dangers of speed driving and how it causes you trouble. Then three days later look at what happened to him.

no i don't think that if james dean wore a seat belt it would have saved his life. in that small sports car going that fast being that drunk it would not have mattered. unfortunately.

It's hard to say... Statistically speaking, his chances would have been better, but his little Porsche wasn't really made for safety in a collision, especially with a big truck...
Such a shame...

The way I feel about things; once a person dies - that's it and I don't fret over it and neither should you. No one can change what happened.................
