English hooligans are by no means the worst, in fact football hooliganism is nowhere near the problem it used to be in this country. Fans in Italy are much worse and Russia is pretty bad but the absolute worst belong to some South American countries.

it depends on how big the game is...sometime spain sometimes ireland and sometimes england, it just all depends on what is at stake and how big the rivalry is.
