Generally speaking, as long as the RAM phisically fits into the motherboard, it'll work with it. On the other hand, it's not optimal to do. Your motherboard are designed to accept RAMs that runs on 200 or 266 MHz.
Even if you put this particular RAM in the motherboard and it works (most likely it will), it'll only perform at 266 MHz, the highest the MB can support. However, it can accept 2 GB or RAM, so instead of investing into speed, try to put your money towards the amount of memory you will use.

Yes you can it will work but it will run at 266Mhz.
That's 133Mhz in true speed which you multiply by 2 = 266DDR.
But if you can manage to overclock your CPU, then you will be able to get more out of your memory.
Depending on how good your chip overclocks you may be able to run the memory at 300DDR or even get closer to 350DDR.
