I've got a good friend that I know online and I have totally run out of ideas on what to do for his birthday this year.

Send an e-card and maybe a photo of yourself, maybe with him photo shopped in? You could make it funny or serious, it's up to you. If you want to spend money there are alot of gift certificates you can send. Good Luck! I hope you find the right gift! =)
