Please only answer this if you have played Dead Rising on a standard tv!

Is the text really that hard to read? Is it impossible to read? Does it make the gameplay bad? I'm thinking about buying Dead Rising, but I don't want to waste my money if the text size is too big of an issue on standard tvs.

Well, if you have a small TV it will come in small. If you have a nice size TV it should be fine. If not turn your Xbox preference from Standard to HD and some say it is fine. But if anything, rent it first and see how you like it. One person's saying can be different on your TV. Cheaper to rent it, where if you buy it and do not like it you are out $60.

Dead Rising is a fun game but it has one purpose, slash 100000000 zombies with a bunch of unique weapons. This game has decent graphics but there two reasons to rent this game and not purchase it.

1. The game is too short and not worth 60 bucks!

2. There is only one save point in the game and sometimes if you die you have to go back two full hours of game-play just to get back to where you currently at.

Text was a tad blurry but a bigger screen always helps. I hope this helps and save your money for a longer game with excellent replay value.
