Sort of -
Luck is where an event can happen where the outcome can be either in your favour or against.
EG- Betting on RED on a roulette wheel.
No I do firmly believe that there are things you can do to ensure that the outcome is more favourable.
EG Being hit by lightening is a random event. However, if you are holding a long metal pole yoi INCREASE the chance of getting hit.

I don't personally believe in luck per se, but I do believe that if someone thinks that they are lucky then their confidence in it will positively affect their life.

i beleive we make our own luck in this world if u go about being negative & thinking that the world owes u a favour u prob get nothin but bad luck. But if u go around smiling and not letting the knocks get to u then life has away of making it happen

Luck is not someting anyone should believe. Luck/chance/probability plays a huge role in anybody's life and it is an obvious fact that it exisits. Its an advantage for some and a hinderance for others.

Luck does not exist-you can just chalk anything up to good or bad luck to avoid taking responsibility.
Example:Your cars engine died on the way to work. Instead of thinking that it could of blown out for any one of hundred of technical reasons, you blame bad "Luck" the eternal scapegoat.

I believe in luck- and have my days when everything goes right or everything goes wrong...sometimes to such an extreme amount I feel like the gods are messing with me.

In my experience you usually have to make your own luck, though sometimes it turns up unexpectedly.
however luck as a entity or force does not exist.
