God cards are illegal. They say "This card can't be used in a Duel" right on the card. Exodia is an automatic win. Even if your opponent plays Dropoff, even if Skill Drain is in play. You just reveal you hand and you win.
Stephen B noted the only instance in Yu-Gi-Oh when you don't win if all the pieces of Exodia are in your hand. You don't win because Graceful Charity has to finish resolving before you can change the game state by revealing all the pieces of Exodia.

I am surprised that the Level 1 Judge and tournament organizer would mislead people. Yes it is true that Exodia is a win, regardless of the God cards being on the field. But it is not necessarily an "automatic" win. Example: You have 2 peices of Exodia in your hand. You draw Graceful Charity. You play Graceful Charity. You draw 3 peices of Exodia. You do NOT win. Graceful Charity had not yet resolved, and you cannot activate exodia's effect until Graceful Charity had resolved, by you discarding 2 cards. So you would not win at that moment.

Ok look. Lets see Exodia's effect? When all 5 pieces are in your hand, you automatically win regardless of anything. God cards were not meant for the card game and illegal so it would not matter. So basically a god card doesn't really prevent anything from happening and Exodia instantly gives you the win.

If God Cards were legal, then yes, but since they shouldn't even be played, Exodia will always win as sooon as you have all 5 cards in your hand.

Exodia in hand...YOU WIN. God cards are nice coasters for a cold Pepsi (or look good in a binder).
