the fastest recorded running speed by a human was a little over 23 mph set by Michael Johnson in the olympics. but muscle cells are able to contract a lot faster with assitance. with electric shocks they move extremely fast. example is the shocky device they use in hospitals, defribulators. the person always looks like he jumps cause they excite every muscle in the body. i ddont think youll find a definite answer because it is still unknown what we are capable of. at one point in time it was thought that a 4 minute mile was impossible, now weve proven that wrong. hope that helps
