Does ur college have a health center? Most colleges do and the services are free to students..that is probably what it is..

Basically, student health services. It covers the actual facility (electricity, water, heating, etc), the equipment, the staff, etc. We have to pay 50 bucks a semester and you can use that to pay for whatever might come up. If you don't use it, oh well, it just went towards building maintenance. I used to use mine to pay for my sports physical first semester, and allergy medicine second semester.
