If you're sure this is what you want to do, open My Computer.
click on c: to highlight/select it
click File
cl Format

You will end up with a totally blank PC.

This one's easy. Just make backups on CD/DVD of everything on your C:\ drive that you don't want to lose. Then, reinstall Windows, and once you get to the screen where all you have to do to install Windows is hit Enter, don't. Instead, delete your C:\ partition. Then, recreate it (make new partition), THEN reinstall Windows on it.
