Anger comes from deep with in us. It' s an emotion that shows us that when we are tired of something and we are fed up with something the only way to deal with it, is to vent. Some people deal with it in different ways than others. Personally, I remove myself from that situation and try not to think about it.

Anger is an expression of frustration, unstable and uncontrolled mind. One is angry when he/she loses control of one's senses and this stage comes when one's mind is beyond one's control. We get angry when someone does not obey us, we get angry on the roads when someone tries to honk horn behind us asking for space, we get angry when situations don;t suit our desires. But then like everything else on this planet, anger is impermanent. It comes and goes off within sometime. It does not stay forever. Our breath becomes restless when we are angry and there lies the catch. With the help of meditation, we can learn to take control over our mind through breath. The calmer the breathing process, the calmer the mind and the scope and duration of anger also lessens with the observance of breathing. Delaying reaction to such situations that could invoke anger could be helpful in curbing the tendency to anger.

Anger comes from desire. When desires, in the form of expectation, obligation, self-righteousness, entitlement, and lust are frustrated, we are convinced that we have been treated unjustly or unfairly. Anger is a form of defense from the supposed mis-treatment.

When you are cut off in traffic, you sense an injustice or deviation from what you think or know to be proper. Your emotions respond to your thoughts of injustice or threat, and you become angry.
