100 pence, of course, make a pound. What I am curious about are other coins (even if they are archaic). How much is a farthing, guinea, crown, bob, shilling, etc?

You are referring to the pre-decimal monetary system, where:

1 farthing = 1/4 penny, 4 farthings = 1 penny
12 pence = 1 shilling = bob
2 shillings = 1 florin
2 shillings 6 pence = 30 pence = 1/2 crown
5 shillings = 1 crown = 60 pence
10 shillings = 1/2 sovereign = 1/2 quid
20 shillings = 1 pound = quid = 4 crowns = sovereign
1 guinea = 21 shillings
pony = 20 pounds
