I'm 26 weeks pregnant and the father isn't around. My doctor said that I couldn't work because I'm considered a high risk pregnancy because of my cervical cancer, which can't be treated because specialists in my state won't except Passport/Medical card.. I don't have any family. ( I was in foster care all my life). I'm in a program right now that gives you free residental stay but I don't have any money to buy anything for the baby. The program can only donate clothes. How can I get the other essenticals I need for the baby?

Local charities. Do a search for your city + charities. United Way. Local churches. Yard sales for deals. Freecycle is a wonderful option.

If you breastfeed and co-sleep, there's two huge costs you can defer for a little while.

Good luck.

Check with a crisis pregnancy center they can usually give you everything else that is needed. But once the baby is here sign up for State support. Theres no shame in asking for help when you have the babies best interest at heart.

Check into other state and local resources. I would also check on craigslist as many people sell things very cheaply or give things away when they are done with them. I have even seen people post that they are looking for freebies. I also would check into playgroups in your area. I found online through Yahoo groups and many people give things away to the members when they are done with them.

ectopic being pregnant could be very painful. I doubt that you're experiencing that. When you move on monday, they're going to be ready to look if the fertilized egg is implanted within the uterus of the fallopian tubes. Don't strain your self an excessive amount of. Monday is simplest few days away.

god what state are you in??? and i am sorry for your situation! maybe churches in your area know some organisations that can help? i know that in Illinois.. they provide medical and finacial help.. is there a way to move out of that state really there is somebody out there that will help.. and the father by law has to help with money... you need to go to a courthouse and talk to the public defender..(free) and find out what they can do as far as the father helping out.. i wish you well and hope everything turns out....
