I made an Itunes play list and it has all the songs alphabetically. I want them mixed. The shuffle command is not working. How can I change the order? Thanks.

In addition to dragging them into the order that you want (do this with the playlist set to simple text instead of displaying album artwork for best results), you can also click at the top of any information field (song title, artist name, year released, etc.) to reorder them alphabetically by that field. The next time you sync your iPod, it'll pick up the new order and apply it to that playlist.
