ok i live in minnesota and i know i am central time, but wut wouldt i be when you kno when sites ask you and they r like gmt -7 or gmt+2

You are in GMT -6. You can always check this in Windows by double-clicking on the time, then going to the time zone tab. Central Time is listed there as -6:00. You can also check other time zones around the world this way.
