I have the Ovulite ovulation detector which sounds like the same thing. When you ovulate, your saliva "ferns". This is when you are most fertile. It worked when we conceived our son. The best thing about it is that it is reusable...you don't have to keep buying things once you buy the product.

Yes, yes, yes, but it didn't really tell me anything that I didn't know. We tried for 5 and a half years to get my son so I knew my cycles and knew when I ovulated, but if you don't know then it does give you a good idea when you are ovulating. Your saliva dries and goes ferny patterned. Have you tried the thermometre test though? Your temp drops a little before you ovulate and then raises. And the whole monitoring your mucus etc. I really wish you all the best. Good Luck.
