Try a maternity store. The thicker and more supportive the bra, the better. Stay away from the skimpy ones.

If you've decided that you will breastfeed, I'd hold off on a nursing bra until you are at least into your 30th week. By then, your breasts shouldn't change too much until the time you deliver, so you shouldn't have too many worries about size. I've always been loyal to the Playtex Expectant Moments Nursing Bra. It comes in both underwire and non-underwire models. It's very supportive, comfortable, and best of all, it had a very nice shape--kept my *ehem* 'girls' at attention. =)
It runs about $24, and you can order it online at jcpenney.com.

For now, since bras (maternity, nursing, or otherwise) can be quite pricey, I'd stick with a nice supportive sports bra. Not only are they functional, and inexpensive, they are also comfortable. The type of fabric used in these bras will still be supportive while giving you planty of slack for inevitable growth. If you prefer underwire, they even make sports bras with a removable underwire, for those days that you may or may not want one in.

The key is to try it on at the store. Have an assistant help you, if you're not the bashful type. At this early stage of your pregnancy, you'll want to make sure there is enough room to grow into, but not too much where it becomes uncomfortably unfitting.

In my experience, I kept the size of the band (the number indicating size) but went up to the next size in cup (the letter indicating size.) For instance, if my regular bra size is 36B, then I would find a 36C sized bra when I'm pregnant. (Not a rule of thumb... everyone's body develops differently.)

Congrats, and good luck!!!

I would recomend a nursing bra, plus when the baby is born you don't have to worry about getting one then. Otherwise if your breasts are really sore and it hurts to put one on get a really snug undershirt that just holds you and keeps you from bouncing everytime you move. I did that when I was super tender.
Just make sure you are getting the proper size and try on the bra before you buy it. Good luck
