If John Bohnham was still alive, how long do you think the band would have lasted? And would they have lost their appeal? Lastly, would they still be as popular, as a performing band that is, today if they were still around like the Rolling Stones?

They would have broken up a long time ago... Plant and Page were getting the "solo bug", and would have started solo projects anyway... If you remember. it wasn't long after John's death that both Page and Plant had new projects going....

John Bohnham... R.I.P.....
Plant/Page.. Rock On!!!

They would've stayed together, living the rest of their careers by simply tolerating each other. But let's be slightly glad they didn't (R.I.P Bohnham), because they would've lost their appeal. At this point, I don't care about U2 or the Rolling Stones. The good die young and the best break up. Take the Beatles or Jimi Hendrix, it only makes the music that much more magical.

If John had lived the band would still be going strong no other drummer in the world could compare to the drum style of Bohnham not even his son. He was the best!

Well, that's a difficulet queston to answer, but no doubt they would have retained a good legion of followers. Chances are they would have ruled the world, with so many people still obsessed with them, and they haven't given a concert in years!! If they had continued, I can assure you, the world would definitely have been a much much better place.

Hell yes they could have stayed toghether Their are an tremendous amount of talented drummers out there, but I think the problems would lie on the vocals of Robert Plant I dont think he has the range in vocals he once had. It would be a great reunion but..... Would it sound the same??
