You will grow taller. I agree with the others ones on here. Find a good nutritional diet and stick with it. You aren't going to lose all the weight at once. By the way..you didn't tell us how big you were or how much you need to lose. Anyway don't expect miracles in a week or two. A good diet with exersize will help. And try not to get depressed. Kids can be cruel.

My gf's daughter is like that. She pork's up, stops. Then shoots up 5-7 inches. She's almost 11y/o and is happy as a clam.
Last time she was over. She ran out of clothes and her mother's clothes were too big. Her mother gave her my clothes(t-shirt, boxers, sweatpants & socks). She said I was too skinny for my clothes for fit her. 'Cause the day befor kids in her school were calling her fat and other nasty things.
When she got out of the shower and my clothes fitting her perfect. She smiled cheek to cheek and it lasted a week.
By the way When I 19y/o I was only 4' 10" tall. Now I'm six feet tall. sooo chill You've still got years befor your body is done growing.
If you want to shed a couple pounds. LAY OFF THE SWEETS, don't eat at least three hours befor bed. Make your first meal of the day, your largest. Have four meals a day. And run around and be a kid

The Zone diet MIGHT help you get taller. Especially if you take the fish oil supplement: "OmegaRx Highly Refined Fish Oil" available at www.zonediet.com.
Of course you're not done growing at age 12!! Period or no period. You're still a growing child.
Milk does not make your breasts grow. It is a complete food, with the proper proportions of protein, carb, and fat that your body requires. (Low-fat milk).
Do not strive to be "tall and skinny." Strive to be healthy and fit, and the best "you" you can be! The Zone diet will be very good for you; its healthy and I got very thin on it. Eliminate sugar from your diet, most important. No soda or junk. Cut down on meat, add cottage cheese, egg whites, low-fat milk, tons of veggies. For fat: almonds, walnuts, avocado - in small amounts.

first of all there are two things that u need to keep in mind. 1st is that ur only 12 and u will grow taller, females grow untill they are 18 years old. the 2nd thing is that ur parents are relativly short, so dont expect to be 5'7 or something. about weight, no it has nothing to do with u being short. i would advise u to eat less, eat healthy food, and exercise a lot, sighn up for swimming or tenis thats a great way to keep in shape. and dont lose wieght for all those people who tease u, do it for urself.

That's honestly no longer precise, mattress insects COULD be remoted on your room best. You must wash your linens and vaccuum your bed (either side) and field spring. There are treatments on pintrest for killing mattress insects you'll be able to take a look at despite the fact that you suppose you do not need them. They contain baking powder I think. Vaccuum your ceiling and nooks and crannies to get any spider webs because it would be spider bites. Make definite there aren't any holes into your room from the external. And take a look at a mosquito lure from the shop if you are optimistic it is a mosquito. I simply do not suppose they are living that lengthy! Goodluck!

That's completely not true - that you won't grow any more after your first period. COMPLETELY untrue. Also, it's not true that you are not getting taller because you are getting fatter. You have many years of growth ahead of you, and you will grow taller as your teen years progress.
To lose weight, the formula is simple, but the discipline to follow it is very difficult - but very possible if you decide to commit to it. Take in fewer calories and burn more through additional exercise.
