no i am not pregnant and they have hurt for about 3 weeks so its not that. And i havnt really gained weight. only like 3 pounds. But they are felling pretty huge and sore. It is both of them. Do you know what could be the reason.

they are not big. they are large A small B cup. Just a little bigger now. And they dont hurt for this long before my period.

im am positive about my size and it is not the bra because i have more than one. and they are diffrent styles

Yes, I am 100% no. more like 100000000000% sure i am NOT pregnant. I think judging by the last time I had sex (and yes i know its not just sexual intercorse.) I would have gained alot more than 3 pounds by now if i was prego.

i hate to ask.. but are you SURE you're not pregnant?
that's the only time i both gained weight and esperienced prolonged discomfort in my breasts.
in fact, it was one of the early signs.

WEAR A BRA TO BED
My doc told me to sleep with a bra, maybe a sports bra or something unrestrictive. Women with large breast need support 24 hrs a day. It will make them feel better !!!

Are they properly supported? Try getting fitted for a new bra.
Also, it might be hormonal. I know there is about a week or so before my period that my breasts just ache...

i am not sure if you had the symptoms before, but usually for me, i feel my boobs are bigger and sore for a couple of weeks before my period comes.
so perhaps it is due to your period, that you feel your boobs are swollen and hurting.

Yes, because they get bigger and weigh you down. They may cuase you to have to lean forard since they are so big and make you have pain.

i think that your period is going to come soon..
that's why ur boobs hurt..
after your period it should go away..
