ANyone have idea?

I'm not really looking for the one that teaches basic stuff..

prefer the stuff that kinda give training program/making batting order that kind..

There are not nearly as many books that are devoted to the strategical aspects of baseball as there are skills, history, etc. The limited amount (and poor quality, I'm afraid) kind of makes searching for this rare gem quite frustrating, to be perfectly honest.
You might search the internet a little, but even there the pickings can't compete with the advice of a talented, living, and breathing coach. You might refer to the following link to get a little help, though:

I also remember a good section in an old book of the '60s written by Ethan Allen entitled "Baseball the Major League Way" . It was well written, if you want to go that far in depth. However, nothing can beat a couple hours picking the brains of a good coach as far as this topic goes....
Good luck on your search, and please let me know if you find anything worth checking out! I've been quite disappointed in the amount of decent writings concerning this aspect of the game for quite some time myself!
