Control freak is much worse, they are always harping at you trying to get you to do things their way. Which, of course, is never good enough.
To get a neat freak off your back, just keep being messy and pretend to be inept at cleaning. Cleaning up after you will give them something to do.

Control freak would definately be worse, he would try to make ME clean. A neat freak would be great, he could come and clean my house anytime and it would also be a source of entertainment to move stuff around and watch them freak

Hmm, I lived with a control freak, they suck. I would never do that. I could deal with someone obsessing about how clean the house is, but not someone who thinks they can tell me what where and when I can or can't do things. Control freaks are just horrible
