"The Five People You Meet in Heaven" by Mitch Albom

This book is fantastic. It is well-written and warms any soul, no matter how cold and rigid. Empowering and inspiring, this book rises over all others in terms of self-improvement.

However, it is fictional. I hope that doesn't mark off any points!
