Personally I think Lindsay Lohan is the better looking...
until she opens her mouth... alot of times she sounds unschooled.
On the other hand... Hilary Duff has a girl next door look and she dresses up quite nicely and sounds educated during interviews.

Lindsay Lohan by far.
Hillary has those ridiculous veneers on her teeth. I was a dental assistant and they're way too big for her. So with the teeth and the weight loss she look horrid.
Lindsay lost weight but she got back on track. Well weight wise I don't know about the alcohol but you said better looking so I go with Lindsay.

Hilary definitely looks better. Lindsay looks older than she is in some of her pictures, which is probably the result of all those late nights out.
