I feel like I have let myself go lately. Dark circles under my eyes, my skin and hair arent what they used to be and I have gained a few pounds. What EASY things can I do to repair the damage?

Welcome to the post-holidays. The best thing is to get out and do something, which a lot of times is a lot easier said than done. However, you should also make it back to bed in time in order to give your mind and body enought sleep in order to be able to recharge and fully function.

Eat smaller portions. Starving yourself only makes matters worse, leading to over-indulgence when you do eat. Eat just enough to where you are satisfied, don't over do it.

Also, by not eating too much you will have more energy to do some activities. You don't have to do a lot - just do something! Walk, dance, bike, play DDR, run in place if you have to.

The main point is, sitting around feeling sorry for yourself just leads to blaming yourself - then you sit around more, don't sleep well, and usually eat more as a replacement.

Bedtime, healthy balance of meals, and activity.

Good luck!

Get some more sleep to help with the circles under your eyes. Start busing some firming lotions, they are great, put the lotions on after every shower or bath. They make them for your face, breasts and body. Use a different shampoo. Try another brand or go to a beauty salon...they will tell you exactly what your hair needs. For the extra pounds either do some exercises at home, start walking or get a gym membership. I hope this helps. And don't forget to reward yourself when you meet your goals.

Yes, I agree, there are no easy things that you can do to repair the damage and this is because you do not respect yourself anymore. It has happened to me, too: I thought that I was worthless and I didn't care about me at all. I started going to clubs, wasting my nights, not sleeping enough, eating junk food... Then I found a friend who showed me that I represented something in her life and, without being told or pushed, I started going to the sports center instead of sitting on my sofa and playing video games all day long. I also stopped going to clubs and eating junk food. Now, I look better than ever.
What I am trying to say is that you have to find yourself again because you represent something to somebody and you don't want to let them down, do you?

dark circles-need iron (spinach, dark leafy greens_ and more water, vitamin K
Skin I don't know exactly whats wrong--but once again water and just wash with water and your fingertips, its the most gentle, although you probably do need to slough your skin--those fluffy plastic things work great weight loss--check in best answers, I'm not going to go into it in depth, but cut down on pop and red meat to start Hair--use a pH balanced shampoo/conditioner, you can buy them at any hair salon, they cost more, but are worth it! You can also get a protein treatment at a hair salon for cheap and it will make your hair very shiny and soft. At a beauty school they cost less than $10

Dab vasaline (dont rub) under your eyes before bed, you can put it on your lips too! This is a trick models use, do this nightly you'll never get the dark or puffy circles again. I had the same problem until I found out about this!

get at least 8 hours of sleep. Exercise about 20 minutes daily and eat healthy-sometimes your hair and skin get messed up when you are stressed. Try to aim for a healthy diet and a happy lifestyle. Give yourself a few weeks. I hope that it all works out.

While you are only willing to do the easy things, it won't happen. Good health is hard. Sorry. Get motivated. Best of luck.

But to start--lots of pure water and green and yellow veggies, NO pop, liquor, pasta, tobacco, trans fats, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup.
Balance diet, rest and exercise.
This list is not exhaustive, but absolutely necessary! Ignore it and keep feeling crummy. Best of luck again..

Easy: skin and hair: fish oil supplements. OmegaRx Highly Refined Fish Oil. www.zonediet.com
dark circles: one good night's rest, and take care of your skin. Ask for a sample of Creme de la Mer, it is very expensive but very good.

Sleep a lot more to get rid of the dark circles and exercise to get rid of the weight. How about jogging?! =)
