depening on if they are on a cd or already on your computer
If they are then all you really have to do is go to options on your software at the top click on open file find your music in my documents then highlite the items you want to synq to it then hit start synq the whole process should be explained to you in your manual or software

Just install the software and follow directions. Be sure to have your Zen hooked up and plenty of CDs on hand, or you can purchase. You will also have to have the latest version of Widow's Media Player 11. Have fun!

You use Windows Media Player. You have to download songs on that. You might need to use Urge though.
