Cashmere, leather, animal fur (mink, rabbit, fox), silk

Cashmere is probably close to the top. It's made from the hair of a Himalayan goat.

Fur can also go for quite a lot. The most expensive type comes from the Sable, a little animal from northeastern Asia.
