On an average, I think you'd find every country has roughly the same proportion.
Dragon, using your logic, every western nation that accepts refugees would have the same variation in races as the US, so it's not the most beautiful. If that were the case, the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia would all rank alongside it.
