Just because you were born in '98 doesn't mean you're a 90's kid.

It's not like you could remember the original Simpsons. I am sorry but three conscious years of the 90's just wont cut it.

i think i did something like this b4..ah well this is a little different
anyway i was born in '88 so this would be for me.
-yes..but boy how i hated that song!
-Doug, yes plenty on Saturday Mornings. Pinky and the Brain some. i know what Ren & Stimpy is but i never watched it cuz we didnt have cable back then. and i have no idea what Two Stupid Dogs is
-that was on Nick..couldnt watch it. but i had the Super NES video game (i look back on those days and i think boy that game was stupid)
-no..hardly ever
-not in the mood to..but i know the theme. ehh what the heck? im bored. "on the playground is where i spent most of my days. chilling out maxing all cool. when a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood. i got in one little fight and my mom got scared, said youre moving with your auntie and uncle in Belair. i whistled for a cab and when it came near..the license plate was fresh and it had dice in the mirror. if anything i could say this cab was rare but i thought eh forget it. yo home to Belair!..*Will is driven to the house* i pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and i told the cabbie yo homes smell ya later. looked at my kingdom i was finally there to sit on my throne as the prince of Belair. *theme song ends with him knocking on the door*" i dont watch it anymore but yeah i have a pretty good memory
-oh yes i remember TGIF all too well *sniffs and sheds a little tear* RIP TGIF! we'll never forget you.
haha! but seriously i really do miss those days sometimes. Step by Step..wasnt interested at the time but i watch it now some days. Family Matters? oh yeah i watched that all the time..as soon as Steve came on i made sure to never miss an eppy. Dinosaurs? no but i had one tape of an episode and watched it like maybe once. Boy Meets World? i seen practically all the younger episodes (when Topanga and Cory were really dating..about junior or senior year)..that was part of TGIF after a while. im starting to watch the older ones nowadays.
-no whos Selena? Tupac i never paied attention to
-oh yeah..definitely loved all those cartoons on ABC. the cartoons now are mostly trash.
-um yeah sorta..i dont think we did Reader Rabbit though.

-no i only said it once in a while

-oh yeah! those shows were the best..Reading Rainbow was ok, a little boring. hardly watched it since i already knew how to read (and well i might add) Magic School Bus was good. and Wishbone was THE dog! i loved that..all the time. i cant believe the dog died years ago and thats why they never continued the show. it only lasted a few yrs cuz of that. i seriously think they should show Wishbone still..kids today need stuff like that. noone ever reads anymore. Wishbone was how i got into reading
-what kind of yoyos? *confused*
-yes..loved those. still have one now
-no i hate those fighting games so i dont know anything about that
-no i never got into those things..what was so great about them? way too sour for me

-ah..Furbies. i didnt get them til later when the fad had died out..but when i did i loved em then after a few months i got bored..not playing with em for a long time.
-in school we always had computers of course..but those werent that good. i didnt get to play with a home computer til '98. through that time id be on the net and was so amazed with it. there was this one kids site id always go to..oh gosh now i cant remember the name! but it was the coolest. got a code for a new feature or something w/ it on snack labels. it had like customizable characters for your profile person..where you could change all parts of the body and make it as weird as you want it. ah now i remember, it was mama something.
-yes thats what we had for a while
-Power Rangers..when i was little yes. Ninja Turtles..yes. Rugrats..no not really like i said didnt have cable. id watch it once in a while when we went to my grandmas house

-never heard of em
-yes
-oh yes! those were the good ol days..b4 that..ahem thing came on tv

-sports suck! so i didnt pay attention
-yes..but again didnt get that til way later
-remind me why i got those later in life and not now..i got em after the fad was over.
-yes i bet we all thought all of this would be loved forever..we never expected all that stuff to be a fad. i always thought Furbys would last forever and with some other stuff i thought that too
-i dont really miss those times because my childhood was hectic..with my parents fighting all the time. thats the main reason why i went outside alot. and i only had one playmate so i didnt have much of a social life. my Lhasa Apso mix dog was my best friend and him i do really miss... so that was the good part about my childhood
but i love 90s music. its my favorite decade for that.

Baby!! I am 24 so I remember the 90's better than the 80's. I loved the pop culture of my time. I actually miss the simplicity of being a kid. I miss my light up sneakers. I love Oregon Trail. I was in love with New Kids On The Block. I always wanted to get slimed on the orange couch.
