We like to try to find interesting places to go that generate conversation. A good date has us discovering new things about each other, even though we've known each other for more than 10 years.

A few examples: butterfly garden; art museum; kayaking; rock climbing; walk on the beach; messy crab leg dinner (very interactive) or fondue (also interactive); outdoor picnic; out on a boat for day-cruise or fishing; cooking lessons; local live music at club or concert... you get the idea.

1. If the children are gone, get Chinese takeout, light the candle, and pull a mattress into the living room floor. Eat, watch a good movie and sleep all right there in the living room.

2. Have a night time picnic by the lake.

3. If you have overnight, get a honeymoon suite at a local hotel, or a bed & breakfast.

Hope this helps . . . . maybe I'll plan a night with my hubby too! Thanks!

Do what makes you spouse feel pampered and special. My wife loves meandering rides in the country. A stop here or there. An ice cream. A time to tell me what she feels. It doesn't cost much [money], but is priceless.....

depends on what interests you both have. you can go to a movie show. or a theatre, or ;a musical. Museum what ever you find your interests are do that . can go for a nice dinner out not talking fast food chains either. oh but if you can't afford fine dinning then she will be happy just that you were thoughtful enough to take her someplace.

enjoy
