You go to your family and friends, they know you the best.
You can also try travelling by yourself, I found out alot about myself when I did that.

That's okay, Jesus knows where you are. Your statement made me think of this, it's one of my favorite verses from the bible. Jesus said, "he who seeks to keep his life will lose it, but he that loses his life for my sake will find it". Maybe you're not in such a bad place? May God lead you to where He would have you go.

I don't know, but if there were, I'd probably check there for my sanity after a particularly busy day at work. (usually every day)
