I dislike both on their own, but maybe together they would make magic? What do you think?

Pure genius. I tried it with two things I hate and it worked. I watched Home Improvement with the sound off and listened to .38 Special....It turned out to be pretty cool.
Actually, that never happened, but I think you should go through wtih your idea

If you put together two bad things, you don't get something good. Therefore, if you put togther two genres of music that you don't like you'll get a whole bunch of crap that you hate. Trust me on this one.
