No everyone has a BM every day, for some it is normal to have one every two or three days. If you go long periods of time, you can develope a bowel obstruction that is just hardened feces that may require hospitalization (left alone long enough it can perferate the bowel causing a medical emergency). If you are constipated, take in more fiber and drink more water. Eat less cheese if you usually eat a lot of that. Do not rely on laxitives because it hinders your bodies natural functions and will become dependant of them.

Remember, you asked. Toxic buildup, leading to organ failure or several major diseases. Imbalance of intestinal flora. Gas. Bloating. Decline in health. Weight gain. Holes in the intestinal wall leading to systemic candidiasis. Lesions and hernias in the intestinal wall or colon. Possible but rare gangrene. There's more. It's real, and it's nasty, painful, and preventable with a balance between diet, rest and exercise. Best of luck.
