I need a argument with purpose in regards to my question about weasel words that are used in advertising products.

Advertisers often use special words or phrases. These words or phrases are often misleading. These words are called "weasel words." Advertisers are free to use them as long as they stick to the rules. The government decides what these rules are. Examples of weasel words are "helps", "virtual", "new and improved", and "like."

Edit Not sure what your asking, in support or against. If the against. They are misleading the public and mostly used in advertising and politicians. Hope this helps

"the appearance of" as in fine lines & wrinkles or hair growth

When they say something "could" help you

When they say "side effects were mild and included" a whole litany of horrible things including suicide

or when they compare things to make you think an ingredient is there but it really isn't. Like when they say dog food has the same amount of protein as real meat, hoping you'll think there is meat in the ingredients of the dog food.

EDIT: OK< now you're asking us to do your homework for you. Sorry, you'll have to do that yourself.
