Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has been announced to arrive at stores in hardcover format on July 7, or within a short amount of time before/afterwards.
The third book in the Inheritance series *consisting of Eragon and Eldest* has not been given a title or release date as of today.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the title for HP7 but there is no publication date as of yet. Anxiously awaiting HP7 myself :)
I've checked and can't find any information on the third book in the Inheritance Trilogy (Eragon, Eldest) either.

Harry Potter 7 publication date has not been revealed.
Eragon III is supposely most likely Summer of 2007. However, at this point, there is no official release date for the book.
