anyways im a total grinding loser i grinded with this guy once and i was sooo going like all over the place to no particular beat...and advice. ps im not a hobag!

well grinding is dancing, try to stay in one place and grinding to a good tune that you can dance to. Make sure hes behind you, and if you want snap your fingers. Bump and grind

just search dance on youtube and look at peoples videos.... some people have how-to's on there...so if you type "how to line dance" maybe someone posted a video explaining something. or "how to grind" or just type grind. thats the best way. also watch music videos on ANY channel..not just BET.

I would suggest watching BET for some music videos. 90%+ have grinding in them.
