Yes.
I have a series 3 dual tuner, so I can record up to 300 hours and off of two channels at a time. I have a bunch of stuff recorded I haven't even gotten to yet.
I also have a series 2 that allows up to 80 hours of recording.

everyday I record What I Like About You and I record American Idol whenever I plan on missing it. The other things are there on my room mates and I leave those alone!
