We all have. Fear of death, as fear of height, is healthy and natural as long as you keep it within bounds. Fears actually help us from taking unecessary risks that would jeopardize our lives and limbs.
As soon as this fear, or any fear, becomes exessive, it can paralyze us; preventing us from enjoying our lives and from taking necessary actions for our own well being and growth.
Think of your fear in the following manners and you'll feel better:
1. Fear of death is natural. Sometimes a combination of circumstances makes one fear more prominent than others at a certain junction in your life so do not be alarmed.
2. Everyone dies sooner or later. Dying is not a particular misfortune that only happens to a few people but a natural process of life applicable for every living thing.
3. If you were going to die very soon; why waste the remaining days in worry and fear. Enjoy them and share your time with your loved ones. It's more logical to enjoy your life more in this case, not less and
4. If you were not going to die soon and will live for many, many more years to come; what's the worry all about, anyway?

I have never feared death but in situations I think I might die, I feel kinda sad. It sucks. Find a religion, have a faith and it will take some of the fear out of you.

properly, I even haven't any concern of lack of life, and function by no ability had that concern. i became raised and further up with the straightforward shown reality that lack of life contains all and diverse, some earlier to others. i don't have an apprehension of lack of life, yet I continuously desire that is going to come later than faster because, like the conventional individual, i do not want to go away my loved ones in the back of. In different words; i do not imagine there is something incorrect with you for no longer having an apprehension of lack of life. a mess of human beings can struggle through with melancholy without being suicidal.

Death is inevitable, there is no point in fearing it. Its just a part of life. I believe we exist for a purpose and that death is the deadline of your opportunity to serve that purpose. It just can't get any simpler than that. Just imagine it this way, if we never would have sinned, we wouldn't have to die.

yes...during my first severe asthma attack I was terrified of dying and lost sleep because of it. I was scared I'd have a bad attack at night and die in my sleep.
Now that I'm more knowledgeable about asthma, the fear is not as intense.
Every now and then I think about the people I love dying and I get very scared....

Yes. Infact, it is almost constantly on my mind when I'm alone & trying to sleep. It started when I started losing people around me (grandfather, pets, & neighbors from the street) I still fear it but hope to get over it soon.
