Probably nowadays. I had a friend whose kid acted in commercials and video games. He did one game that they green screened his head being blown off. She did not let him see it. They have a copy of it on video put up so if years later he wants to see it.

im sure they can. and if not the movie atlaest their part. and when they are older then they can see the whole movie. if i was in a movie my mom wouldnt care if i saw it or not she took me to scary movies and rated R movies ever since i was 7 years old
