It is a song.......these boots are made from walking (an obvious statment) and thats just what they'll do.......one of these days these boots are gonna walk right over you......

It has to do with where she is walking. "One of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you". She is leaving him in those boots.
As for fashion sometimes we wear boots just for fun and to be seen. Sometimes we wear them to tease and get attention.

It's just a bi tchy attitude thing. I know it is quite obvious boots are made for walking, duh,but she's just trying to make a bi tchy comment and emphasize that she wil get him back for the hurt or whatever he caused her.

I do believe that there are, in fact, some boots that are not made for walking.......I believe that there are some boots that are strictly made to be left on while having sex. :-)
