I need help on how to catch Latios, a lot of people say try searching in the Pokedex, but if I didn't see it how can I look in the Pokedex?!! Some say mix!! But I don't want to!!! So how can I catch him?! Please leave ur e-mail if possible and I will send you mail if I don't get it thanks. Please explain very very very very CLEARLY!!!!! TY!!

First - Beat the Elite 4. When you are back at your house. Go downstairs. The TV will be on and report about a legendary Pokemon or something. Then your mom will ask "What color was it?" You choose either Blue(Latios) or Red(Latias).
Second - Now hope that you run into it in the wild. Once you have, it is much easier to find it.
Third - Go to some city and look at your Pokedex. The rest is simply trying to narrow it's location down to the same place you are.
Fourth - Be warned, that Latios will run away immediatly, so put it to sleep or use Mean Look/Block. If you have a Master Ball, use it right away to avoid the pain.

After you beat the elite four and you return to your house, there will be news on the TV, it will say about seeing a Pokemon that is rare. Your mom will ask you what color it is and give you the choice of red or blue. If you want to capture Latias, pick red, if you want to capture Latios, pick blue. Eventually you will run into the one you chose. You will have one turn to capture Latias or Latios and if you don't capture it, it will run away. It will then show up on your Pokedex. Every time you move to a different route Latios/Latias will move also. There is a pattern to it's movements, but I can't figure it out. So I suggest when you run into Latias/Latios to use a move that will make it fall asleep. Then inflict damage and then try to capture it.

HELLO beat the elite 4 then ull see then ull start at ur house and the tv will be on and it will say somethin and u have to pick a color pick blue for latios or red for latias! and then u will eventually find it in the wild!I HAVE # 3LATIOS and 7latias

yeah what he said also you will need to catch a trapinch with arena trap and level it up to at least lvl l'd say close to 50 not to but close like to lvl 47, 48
