NO, if the company pays for your gas you can not deduct the mileage. You can however deduct repairs, tires, etc. All of this however will be based on the percentage the vehicle is used for business. 20% then only 20% of the expense.

No, you have to itemize the deductions on the truck.... deduct the cost of maintenance,depreciation, tolls, parking and other incidentals, but since you don't cover all the expenses 100%, you cannot use the mileage deduction !

You must keep records of your expenses, and the ratio of your personal v/s company driving. You should be able to deduct a portion of ALL your expenses (at the percentage of the company driving) EXCEPT for gas, as they compensate you for this now.
You should be able to get one of these books where commercial truckers go, or perhaps at a book store.
The ones I use are just a booklet, and cost less than a dollar.
