Do you ever just get tired of butting heads with people at work?

Do you ever just get tired of having your feelings hurt? Sometimes I get so tired of everything I do being second guessed or checked up on. I'm never good enough and it makes me want to crawl under a rock.

Shine them on honey..you have far too much going for you..just smile and an occasional act of kindness, aka donuts or something else benign will stop their gobs...you are better than that and it may take a while, if i knew your age then I could calculate your Saturn return and the change factor...but enough of that, just hang in there..and yes, it has happened to me many times!!!!! ~ YOU are soooooooooooooooo worth it..perhaps another job is on the horizon for you, like being their superior or changing altogether ??? never know...chin up babe, I am with you on this one!!!! Ended up an assistant in high tech telecommunications in a LARGE law firm in Bev Hills...beating the odds and it was my cream Job after one like you just described!!!!!!

Hey girl, I feel the same way, I am the only female in my department, and the guys are always putting me down. However, i learned quick now i do what they do. They question me, and i tell them well what is good for the mongoose is good for the goose. Now they have backed off a lot. They do not mess with me anymore. The supervisor hates me because i am a GIRL, but it is intimidation, because he knows i am more qualified for his position than he is. So he to has backed off. Don't let no one put you down girl. Show them what you are made out off.....

are you sure you are not putting alot of this pressure on yourself, get a clear list of duties and expectations from you supervisor and check in for feedback weekly, all you can do is all you can do, try to keep it in perspective

here's my take on people. 99% of them are assholes. it's true. get a pet. animals are so much kinder than humans.
