I own a 7600 Geforce by BFG Tech. It runs WoW really well. It has 256mb of memory. When you buy a gpu make sure you look at the core clock speed as well because the memory is not the only thing that is important. this is why you still see 126 mb gpu's still priced in the 100's.
On a side note if you want to play any MMORPG you should invest in some RAM. Have atleast 1 gb. This makes it so the Hard Drive doesn't have to be used to load and store game data. The big maps on MMORPGS do that.

Among current online RPGs, WoW isn't too demanding- you can even get by with inexpensive video cards, something like an ATI X1300 or GeForce 6600 is actually fine. But for better performance (and future upgrades) I'd recommend getting something higher powered, at least a Radeon X1650 or GeForce 7900.
Those are in the $200-250 range and are quite good.
You don't need a high-end card like the Radeon X1900XTX or GeForce 7950GX2 for World of Warcraft, although newer games like Age of Conan or Vanguard have higher system requirements- you might need to turn down the detail on those games.

That all depends on which version of WoW you're talking about. If you're talking about the older version, Winston is right, just about any decent ($75 or more) video card is fine, as long as it has 256MB of vram (onboard RAM).
If you're talking about the version that was just released a few days ago, though, you'll want to look at much better cards, like a 7900GS or X1900 Pro, or faster.
