I have trend micro for my antivirus and a little messege comes up saying your computer could be at risk click the x and see, something like that, so i do and the security screen comes up and Firewall and automatic updates and virus is all on so what can be the problem?

You don't have a problem. Trend Micro is trying to sell you another product: their firewall. Of course, Microsoft's Windows XP firewall is all but useless. There are many others that are true firewalls, some even free. The best is Sygate's, in my opinion.

My only guess is the security level is not set to the recommended level. My firewall was set to low, and it should've been set to medium, and I would get those warnings. I am not familiar with Trend Micro, you will have to probably check under Options or Settings to see if this is the case, best of luck.

click start then go to search type in the word firewall
if you have more than one it will show up there,
